Frequently Asked Questions |

1. Why does the embroidery on my shirt curl up? |
A typical shirt chest logo has from 7,000 to 50,000 stitches, all concentrated in a very small area. So, it is adding 3 to 9 times the number of threads per square inch of the shirt. |
A poorly digitized logo can also contribute to the after-effects of laundering. |
Our embroideries are digitized so that there are no more stitches than necessary. Very large designs, or designs with a lot of fill, are the worst offenders for curl. |
The embroidery will curl due to washing or drying too hot, for too long of a time. Please see the section on the Washing and Care of your new embroidery. (Link coming soon!) |
